[Original] Undead - Overture (3)
The two-legged wyvern was flying toward Amber Bluff carrying two sets of bones. Compared to the minotaurs and orcs, carrying these two Forgetfuls was much easier, so even as it flew through the biting north wind, it showed no sign of fatigue...... "Bauwell, let me tell you, Captain Wes may be brave, but don't you think his head isn't working properly?" "Enough, Lanris! At least show some respect to our commander!" The thief named Lanris sitting in the back was clearly dissatisfied. "Sir?" Our highest commander is Garrush Hellroar, and I even called him Redskin. What's the matter? "He continued, "I heard from other experienced Forgeters that Wes could have retreated early in Stratholme, but he insisted on staying behind. So what happened in the end? Didn't he end up like us becoming a walking corpse? If he had run back home, at least he could be basking in the sun by the seaside in Southsea Town, right?" "Hmm...... but deserting at the last moment isn't a sign of bravery......" "Also! It's because he's brave! That's why Queen Sylvanas respects him and exceptionally promoted him to the position of Tallenmere Guard! What a lucrative position that is! All the spoils transported from Arathi Highlands must pass through Tarenmere! He actually refused without knowing how to appreciate it! In the end, he even applied to visit Orgrimmar as an envoy from Undercity! How could someone be that foolish! A dead man who was just a good official traveled thousands of miles to someone else's place only to be looked down upon by those greenskins, tusks, and beef! "Yeah, but isn't it precisely because he helped the tribe resolve the centaur invasion crisis in the Barrenlands that those greenskins, tusks, and beef in the tribe no longer dare to ignore us?" "Alright, alright! That's all right, but what about the day before yesterday? Wasn't it just a team of alliances and a bunch of disasters? We were all planning to stay inside the castle and watch the show, but he went crazy and dragged a group of brothers out...... Although we didn't suffer much loss, because of this, that redskin got an opportunity to accuse us of disobeying orders and attacking at will, not even reclaiming military power! You and I ended up as postmen as scraps—isn't it his fault? " "Hmm...... But if it were anyone else doing this, they might have been sent back to Undercity...... Just because he was Weiss, even Garroush didn't dare take any further action. I heard he had already witnessed Captain Wes's power back in Nagrand...... "Alright, alright! Anyway, we can only blame him for what we're doing now!! "But ......" the warrior named Powell thought to himself, "I've been following Captain Wes for almost six years, and I've never seen him so lost in his decision." Unlike his usual brave yet composed self, could it be to save those alliances? ”

Okay....
The original poster wrote well, I'm following along.
But it's a bit scattered, though the writing does feel quite expressive. I hope that after the prologue, the plot won't be so jumpy.
May I ask, original poster, is the book titled 'Requiem of the Undead' or is this the prelude to 'Forgotten Spirits'?
