How do you plan to increase the popularity of your section? 3. If a member questions your actions or files a complaint about your management, what would you do? 4. Carefully read the rules of the section you are applying for! Then point out the parts of the rules that you think are not good, and suggest how you would change them. 5. If you have a conflict with other moderators during your internship, how would you handle it? Don't say it would never happen—everyone has their own opinions, and it's very likely to encounter disagreements with other moderators. If it happens, how would you handle it? For the first question, first lock it, inform the site administrator, or delete it directly. For the second question, the moderator can initiate an activity or post to interact with members. For the third question, coordinate with the members to give them a satisfactory answer. For the fourth question, that's not a forum rule, right? Uh. For the fifth question, first discuss with the conflicting moderator, and then discuss with other moderators. Is this appropriate?
It got to the point where I didn't even dare to apply for a third edition. Forget it, two editions are enough.
