Rules are not the rule~ Moderators, please follow them carefully and implement them. Thank you for your cooperation.
1. Handle daily affairs of this edition. Such as adding essence, deleting posts, replying and posting, etc.
2. Conduct discussions and activate the atmosphere of the forum
3. Develop members: You can develop members through various methods such as QQ, Email, and participating in discussions in other communities/forums. A forum without members will not be active no matter how diligent the moderator is! On the contrary, if you develop well, every time you enter the forum you manage, you will see a large number of online users. How pleasant it is! (The success of members is often reflected in the click-through rate and number of replies to posts. Of course, the increase in points is also a kind of success!)
4. Be the first to post: Be the first to post in your own forum, mainly to initiate discussions. At the same time, pay attention to follow and encourage members who post more, so that they know that the moderators value their posts and feel a sense of accomplishment. (You can imagine that if you post a few posts in this forum, it will be like nothing, and there will be no response at all. You will not need to post in the future, and you may not even be interested in coming here!)
5. For posts that cannot be immediately determined whether to delete them, you can discuss them with other moderators or notify the administrator in a timely manner.
6. Moderators are not allowed to quarrel or insult members maliciously, and violators will be removed from their posts as moderators. If you are unable to handle the problem yourself, you should promptly raise it with the administrator.
7. Forum moderators must lead by example and strictly abide by the community user rules.
8. Moderators of each forum can establish and maintain the style and theme of the forum based on the purpose of the forum, and establish management rules for the corresponding forum, including penalties for those who violate the rules. After the rules are established, they will take effect after approval by the community administrator.
9. If there are quarrels and bad behavior in the forum, the moderator should take on the role of coordination, focus on persuasion and prevent excessive behavior, try to exercise restraint and maintain a neutral stance to mediate disputes.
10. Maintain a harmonious atmosphere in the forum, actively and enthusiastically help members and solve related problems.
12. As a moderator, you also need to be broad-minded. The sea accepts all rivers, and it is great to be tolerant. Moderators should maintain a neutral and objective attitude when dealing with daily column affairs. You must lead by example and do not participate or join in meaningless arguments.
13. Enthusiastically organize netizens to participate in topic discussions and guide netizens to conduct in-depth discussions on related topics.
14. Moderators should promptly edit, transfer or delete posts that appear in the columns they manage that violate the order of the forum (promptly discover and delete posts that are advertising in nature, have inappropriate content, and malicious spamming). Moderators should be careful when reposting, and do not repost low-quality articles to other forums at will. When reposting, please pay attention to the themes of other forums and repost the articles to the most appropriate theme forum. And has the right to perform necessary processing on relevant IDs in accordance with the relevant regulations of the column.
