But every effort goes unappreciated, barely earning a few words of pity or thanks, leaving only exhaustion. Eventually, I gave up, transitioning from someone who constantly searched for and shared resources to a spectator, someone unwilling to reply or express gratitude, spending my days just watching others post ready-made resources. Actually, in the end, those who suffer losses are not us. At this point, many people will open their long-closed mouths (or should I say hands) and ask: 'Why aren't there any new articles and images to browse? Why aren't there new diamond-earning tutorials to learn? Resources have been downloaded, why is so-and-so not here anymore? Wait...'
We simply can't find any motivation—how can we be busy every day searching for resources to share with everyone? Maybe the motivation to sleep is because we are tired or to welcome a beautiful tomorrow. Maybe the motivation to go to the bathroom is because of a stomach ache, or because we ate or drank too much... Maybe the motivation to dress up deliberately is because we like someone, or we want others to compliment our handsomeness or beauty. And so on and so forth...
Every action has a motivation pushing us to do it. If our stomachs didn't feel discomfort from overeating, we wouldn't bother going to the bathroom. If we weren't tired, we wouldn't bother sleeping. If there was no one we liked or no one cared about us, we wouldn't bother dressing up. The most tragic thing for resource sharers is losing their motivation due to your indifference! Therefore, we hope everyone won't be stingy with a word of thanks or suggestions for some good posts. Whether we are moderators or posters, we search everywhere daily for resources for you to view—aren't you the ones benefiting from it?
Moderators constantly maintain the forum, locking some substandard posts—isn't that boring? Isn't it just to let you communicate better? So why in the end can't we even get a little bit of understanding?I am very happy to post a tutorial or software, looking forward to receiving a few words of encouragement or some constructive suggestions, but the replies are usually just a few hasty and emotionless words like 'boring' or 'advertisement.' It really makes one feel extremely disappointed! Every time we set a post to require a reply to view it, complaints arise, but there is really no other request; we just want to contribute to the better development of the forum and create a better communication environment. Everyone, please put in a bit of effort together; what kind of excessive demands could that be? If there are any, I believe the forum moderators would not ask the lovely members to do it. If one can stay up late to find solutions, they will certainly bear it alone, but after all, many things require everyone's joint effort to accomplish.
And to those who do not like to post! Since you are a member of this forum family, since you are part of the internet community, please do not be stingy in sharing the resources you know with others! Even if the flowers there bloom beautifully, if only you appreciate them alone, the flowers will surely fade in color! That would make you lonely and hard to find friends! But if you share your surprise with others, will you still be lonely? Eventually, when these beautiful flowers bloom everywhere, the flowers can be called the 'spirit of sharing'!
