Set up UC, 50k per second is not a dream (works on both EDGE and GPRS networks)
This was forwarded. After I tried it, the speed increased a bit, from around 7k/s to around 20k/s. Remember to give it an upvote after reading. I was just puzzled—so many people view it, but only a few reply. Frustrating~~ Hello fellow phone users, here I will teach you how to modify settings to use the UC access point to increase WAP internet speed. Using this access point allows you to noticeably feel faster internet speed, especially when downloading things. Below, I will provide 5 sets of parameters. Which one is faster is just relative; if you feel the set you are using is not fast, you can choose another set. Without further ado, let's first learn how to set it up. Setup method: Go to Menu → Tools → Settings → Connection Settings → Access Points → Options → Add New Access Point → Use Default Settings → Connection Name: UC1 (or 2 or 3 or 4 or 5, because you will see 5 sets of parameters below) → Access Point Name: CMWAP → Options → Advanced Settings → Phone IP Address (see the 5 sets of parameters below) → Proxy Port Number (see the parameters below) → Confirm. That's it, the setup is complete. It's recommended to set up multiple sets, so if you find one slow, you can switch to another. Below are the parameters for sharing. Parameters: Phone IP Address 1 — 10.125.79.129 Port: 2992 Phone IP Address 2 — 10.28.138.136 Port: 54832 Phone IP Address 3 — 10.38.138.136 Port: 54832 Phone IP Address 4 — 211.136.15.9 Port: 80 Phone IP Address 5 — 10.210.231.213 Port: 9201 To clarify again, all these internet settings are completely free (except for monthly GPRS packages), with no communication or information fees charged, so feel free to use them. Therefore, please do not ask in replies whether it costs money. Additionally, many people mentioned they don't have a homepage. Here I tell you, you can set the homepage to whatever you want, for example www.baidu.com. Also, the effect is more obvious when using the UC Browser (favored browser). This browser can be downloaded from many places in the forum. Remember to give an upvote after reading. Thank you!!!Continuation of the post: Let me make a statement—results may vary in different places. As mentioned in the replies, some say it's good, some say it's not. If you think it's good, please support it. I noticed some people on the forum boast about 40k per second; after my settings, the maximum reached 80k per second. I saw many friends asking how to set it up, so I'm posting it... If you think it's good, give it a thumbs up... Try downloading something yourself to see the effects. If one access point is not fast, try another, there's always one that fits the local network! My current peak speed is 80, usually staying around 20+, and by trying to download things you can see the effects. I am using the proxy IP address 10.28.138.136, proxy port number: 54832——《《Remember, after modifying, you need to go to UC system settings—Network Settings, change the default access point to the one you modified. Otherwise, if UC uses the original unmodified access point, it won't work!》》Once set, try downloading! Sorry, let me correct my mistake... The IP address I mentioned earlier refers to the proxy server address, the same as in the picture! Sorry... Since Unicom can also use Mobile's access points, in theory Unicom can use the above parameters, but it's not guaranteed, you can test it yourself... I want to clarify, this is absolutely free. In some areas it clearly speeds up, in some areas due to low EDGE coverage, the speed is not noticeable! So don't say I'm lying to you, lying brings me no benefit! When using it, pay attention to whether you exceed your data limit or use the cmnet access point. If you ignore this basic common sense, exceed your data, or use the wrong access point (cmnet) and get charged, don't blame me! Continuation: I strongly despise those who only know how to insult! Did I force you to try it? Someone uploads software or posts a tutorial, and if you find it not useful, you don't need to insult their family! Here I want to say: If you think it's not good, you can directly reply that it's not good, but be careful not to insult the original poster or other friends with different opinions!
