New subscriptions are effective within 24 hours, changes to the package take effect on the next billing date.\ ③ Then just reply Y.\ You will then receive a message from 10086, roughly saying: Dear customer, you have successfully activated the 500M TD package, ……..\ Package introduction: Dear customer: Hello! From January 12, 2012, to December 31, 2012, Globelcom customers who have already activated a GPRS package or a basic monthly package that includes GPRS data can send BLTD to 10086 or go to the 100 Service Hall to activate it for the next month. The package includes 500MB of TD data within the province. If exceeded, it will be charged at 1 yuan/MB, with a monthly cap of 15GB, and the monthly cost capped at 500 yuan.
