I've been playing GTA 3 for a long time, and I always feel that the graphics aren't perfect—there's no lighting or blood effects. Recently, I found a method online that can add lighting and blood effects (my device is i9001 with 480*800 resolution). It was originally for the i9100, but it should work on any device with the same resolution. Without further ado, here's how to do it!
Method: Extract it to a gta3_SGSII folder, then open it and copy the gta3.set file inside to /sdcard/Android/data/com.rockstar.gta3/files/GTA3 to overwrite the existing file. This will enable the game's lighting effects, blood effects, and shadow effects.
Grand Theft Auto 3, enhanced graphics, added effects patch. Same as on the computer.
