Has anyone ever truly liked a girl/boy for the first time? If so, at what age? Why did you like her/him?

Yes, the first time was when I was 16. I liked a female classmate, not for any particular reason, I just had a good feeling toward her. Then I confessed, but she didn't react, so I just changed to a different QQ account (at that time I confessed via QQ, and that QQ account was given to me by her) and started over. Last year, at 19, I liked a colleague. No, this wasn't just liking, nor was it just having a good feeling; I realized something—this is called love (this sounds a bit weird). But because of my own lack of confidence and low self-esteem, I didn't dare to confess. Later, when she started dating another male colleague, she told me that she had once fallen in love with a boy, but that boy never knew. Now, I have a boyfriend, and I'm ready to forget him.
