Why does it cost money to register as a member now?
When I tried to register as a member today, it said registration was unavailable during the upgrade. Just now, when I was about to register, it was not on mobile but still charged a fee. What's going on (￣﹏￣m)

It didn't exist before, and now we even have to send text messages, ten cents or fifteen cents, sigh, even ten cents is money (>ω<)
The SMS fees are charged by the mobile carrier. We also didn't want to use SMS registration, but recently some ill-intentioned individuals have been causing trouble, so we had no choice but to upgrade the registration system to SMS registration. Other websites have been using SMS registration for many years.
Oh, those 150 text messages given in a month, they don't count towards the registration, right! Hmph hmph
Sigh, to be honest, the reason I came to 7723 in the first place was because registration didn't require sending a text message. Now... I think registering with a text message is better.
