What is a water post?
Fluff posts, as long as they are posted in this section, do they count as fluff posts? Do they have to be blacklisted? Is this okay? As long as you don't spam, it should be fine, right! Don't make it so that no one dares to post now, afraid of being blacklisted! I can understand empty titles, but does everything I want to say count as a fluff post? Do I have to copy a post several characters long from another site to post it? Also, don't talk to me in that tone!

Then why not just delete the 'flooding' section? Posting flooded threads is also a form of communication. For example, does a survey thread count as a flooded post? Flooded posts are ones without content or meaning, so don't label all posts as flooded posts and go around...
You decide for yourselves! As long as you don't spam posts and have topics to discuss, it's not a junk post!
It's fine as long as it's not especially filler, like if it's only a few words and particularly boring.
