Uh... what exactly does the original poster mean by when? If it is at the time of posting, you can directly click 'Attach Post' in the 'Nature' section. If it is after posting, go to 'Manage' and choose 'Add Attachment'. If it is in a reply, please turn off compressed transfer, and then on the page you are directed to after replying, select 'Add Attachment'.
