The desert, this lonely, desolate place stretching for thousands of miles without a single soul, is always filled with so much mystery. Whenever the wild wind howls, sand flies in the air, and huge cacti are the natives here. Amid all the swirling sand, one can barely make out the vague figures of these natives… not very clear…
It is now afternoon; the wind has stopped, and the sand has ceased its dance. The scorching sun generously gives off its heat.
In the distance, a lone figure can be vaguely seen flickering across the desert. He is wearing a cloak and a tall hat. His name is Arsas. Profession? Rumor has it he's a magician. But how could a person be walking alone in such a deserted place?
“Tch!” Arsas glanced at a tattered map in his hand and said disdainfully, “Damn old man, you wouldn't be tricking me, would you? I've been walking for so long and haven't seen anything that looks like a castle. And you told me not to search from the air. It's exhausting! Ridiculous.”
Hmm? Talking to himself, Arsas seemed to notice something.

“What?” A bullet shot toward him. Arsas put away the map, rolled to the side, dodging it, stood up, brushed off the dust, and looked around. “Hmph, sneak attacks are fun, huh? Why not show yourself?”
No sooner had he spoken than another round object flew toward him from an unknown direction.
“Tch! Again…” Arsas adjusted his hat, “This is interesting!” Then he jumped backward, and the sphere exploded roughly five meters in front of him, sending up a cloud of dust.
“A smoke bomb, huh, hmph…” Arsas used his hand to shield against the dust kicked up by the smoke bomb, disdainfully muttering, “Even your entrances have to be so dramatic. Who are you?”
“Sorry, seems I may have been a bit rude. Looks like you'll be heading back the way you came. This desert is a restricted zone, a forbidden area of our country! All alone here, traveling? Heh~” a man said in a provocative tone.
Adjusting his hat… “So it turns out…” He held the edge of his hat with his right hand, covering his right eye, and squinted at the three with his left eye. “Huh~ sneak attacks on me by three? Hmph, and there's a woman too, weaklings… tch.” Then he let out a mischievous laugh!“Damn it, what did you say!” The woman pointed a gun at Arthas across from her!
“Hmph, woman..."
“Wait, Kui.” The man with the trident gestured for the woman to lower her gun. “Let's ask him what he's doing here first. Although this is a restricted area...” As he spoke, he glanced at Arthas. “Since he's here, there must be a reason, right? Right, the one across from me?”
By this time, the dust had long cleared. When the man asked him, Arthas looked at them again. Only then did he notice that the weapon the man held was not actually a trident, but...
“Shadow Blade? Hmph, interesting. Is that guy from the ‘Ghost Shadow Clan'? Tch...” Arthas thought to himself. “Then the three of them should be... the Celestial Spirit Guards, huh? Hehe, interesting.”
