On the farm, you can only steal fruits from friends who have added you. But you cannot steal fruits from friends you have added. However, if the other person adds you as a friend and there's no notification, how do you know who added you? The friends list only shows the friends you have added........ Also, in the farm help section, there is an item that allows you to steal freely without friend restrictions. Where is this item?

There are no props that can be stolen casually. As for friends, you can just set your territory's preferences to 'Require verification to add as a friend'.
