NND, 12k per second without membership, which is not as fast as a mobile phone. I wish Xunlei will close down soon! QQ Tornado is also a scam. Is there any useful computer download tool?

No, it indicates that there are many factors why Xunlei is slow. First, the resources are not popular. Second, the internet speed in the internet cafe is slow. I once went to an internet cafe, and in two hours, I downloaded 100MB of stuff. Another time, in half an hour, I downloaded 7 Harry Potter movies, with each averaging a few hundred MB.
The internet cafes here have an average speed of 1M per second, and when there are fewer people it can reach 4–5M. Occasionally, the lowest speed is 200K. I sympathize with the original poster.
I just need to be able to work offline. The resources I downloaded are all too obscure, and not being able to work offline is basically suicide.
I was downloading stuff at the internet café. Downloading directly was very fast, but the speed using Xunlei was painfully slow.
