The original poster can try Zhile's football games. Zhile's sound effects are very good. There is a Gameloft collection on the homepage, go check it out, there are football games.
Voice commentary? Setting that aside, even if it exists, the game would definitely lag unbearably, unless the RAM is extremely, extremely high.
