This GBA you got for me. BIOS. How come I clicked and opened bin into the music player, but it still can't be opened? What's going on?

Change the file's extension from mp3 to bin, then create a new folder on the E drive, and then drag this file into the folder. Isn't it written there?

Should I change it when downloading… I changed it, but it says it can't be opened and that this type of file is not supported. What's going on? Everything else is done, the game is downloaded, it's just this step left.
