We have relatively few moderators, just those few. In a standard forum, each section usually has one moderator (non-overlapping). The moderators of 7723 are under a lot of pressure.
A board can have more than one… one super moderator, two moderators, two moderators, but the application for moderator needs to be for someone who is very active in the current board or helpful throughout the forum. Most of the original poster's posts are requests for help.
People who meet the application criteria should be given a three-week trial period. During this time, those who are active and positive should be approved. Moderators who are offline for more than a month without special circumstances will automatically be removed from their position.
