Moderator responsibilities... OK. No swearing, never have, except for some troublemakers; normally the harshest words are just 'exploding the anus'... Managing posts is even easier: delete posts that violate rules, move posts in the wrong section.
One thing is the most important, which is perseverance. Can you do it? Don't just say 'yes' casually.
Persistence is possible. I visit the forum every day, so managing a section is doable. It would also be good for me to do some practice.
