Why does a popup asking for membership coins appear when I click to download a game in the forum? How can I obtain membership coins?

Really? All of these for me are 'This download doesn't require membership coins.' Are you sure you're not seeing it wrong?

When downloading with UC, it prompts 'Download requires 1 membership coin, you currently have 0, cannot download,' but it can be downloaded using the built-in browser.
