As mentioned, I heard that Nokia's new CEO is planning to adopt an emergency plan, which may be to flash Android 4.0 system, but not every model can be flashed... "After all, I heard that I hope it is true."

Most Nokia models have very low hardware configurations, and only a very few can run 4.0. It's probably meant as a consolation for WP7 users~
Flashing Android on a Nokia is like turning QQ into a Bugatti; it's impossible if the hardware is poor.
