The sky was gloomy as always, and the wind continuously stirred the dark clouds, giving them a somewhat sinister look, making the old buildings on both sides of the street appear even older. The endless rain seemed unwilling to bring any good mood. Pedestrians on the road just wanted to leave this dim embrace immediately because it was so uncomfortable, occasionally glancing at the beggar by the roadside…
On the road, the heels kissing the muddy water were reluctant to let go. Slow steps accompanied by the trembling of the body made the passing pedestrians show expressions of pity. Every step seemed very difficult. The left hand tightened the tattered clothes. Even at noon in summer, it still felt unusually cold as the rain slid over the face like ice, washing away the dirt and revealing dark skin. The fingertips of the right hand were white from strain, dragging along a seemingly heavy bag. The messy, fluffy black short hair, worn-out coat giving off a strange smell, and black leather shoes under black pants harmonized perfectly with the dark sky. The ill-fitting shoes were filled with water, producing a creaking sound with every step, seemingly mockingly laughing at the world, at this city that had gone off track…
Not far away, the traffic lights reciprocated each other, and combined with the pitifully few cars on the road, it seemed more like they were directing pedestrians, every repeating motion performed by the puppets…
"Woo! Woo woo… woo…" The car horn roared wildly, as rude and arrogant as its owner. The driver rolled down the window and shouted to the boy who seemed more like crawling in the distance: \"Hey, kid, get off that damn road, or I'll kiss your ass with my car.\" Laughter then erupted from inside the vehicle…
The boy looked up at the red-purple streetlight above his head, then glanced back at the only car at the vast intersection staring at his rear with a face twisted into a sinister grin. He then turned and walked forward step by step, seemingly ignoring the car, spouting white steam, that could crash into him at any moment. At least the annoying car horn continued to roar.
The driver opened the door, took off his blood-red shirt, revealing strong muscles, casually tossed the shirt onto the seat, and said to the blond person in the passenger seat:
"Hey, go deal with the cops over there and grab some cigarettes. I'll go relax for a bit.
" A charming smile appeared on his face. The blond youth efficiently pulled out a box of unbranded cigarettes from inside the vehicle, opened the door, and walked toward the police who seemed about to take action in the distance. The mist sprayed from the engine highlighted his lewd face as he stretched his body while heading toward the boy.
When the traffic light slowly turned green, it seemed to silently approve this performance…
"Sweetheart, bend your ass well, I'll help you relax your bones.
" The smile on his face was so sincere that the distant police couldn't bear to let go of the cigarettes with the mysterious aroma, only occasionally glancing at the scene.
The boy's eyes seemed full of fear. His eyelids twitched involuntarily, and his constantly trembling body struggled to conceal the quivering caused by fright."Yes, that's right, look at me with those pitiful eyes of yours, look into your eyes, haha, oh oh, my baby, don't pretend to be pitiful, I won't have the heart to resist." The other person stepping closer made the young man even more panicked; he didn't know the power hidden in those huge muscle groups.
