You can't use it without a cloud drive, especially for attachments like mine. Android might be very different, but Symbian is pretty much the same.
Going to 7723 indeed only saves a little over 50%. If calculated this way, UC saves 82%. When using Opera to read e-books, I save at most 98%-99%. It seems that the savings are different depending on which website you visit.
It shows that every month 500M is used, 40% is used by 7723, 1% is used by QQ, 29% is used by QQ games, and 30% is used by online games.
