If you're not busy, I remember sending you a letter (message) a few months ago, saying that I forgot the password to my account and asking if you could help me get it back. But I ended up waiting for several months... Maybe I didn't explain it clearly, or perhaps it's not that you didn't want to handle it, but that it's just poorly handled...?
