Snickered, can't send in the reply. After downloading the two attachments, put the smaller file into the memory card, open the game and there will be three options. Open the second one, don't choose 'Backup and Restore', then it will automatically exit. Then choose the first option to continue the game (don't mess with the third option if you don't understand it).
