Who is the new webmaster now? Can someone post a notification? Since the previous webmaster left, no one has been deleting spam posts. Has everyone left with the webmaster? 7723 must have someone managing it. If there is no new webmaster now, I hope the workers of 7723 will quickly elect an acting webmaster.
