UC needs to use the jar format! Turn off compressed relay! Then just select your access point. If there are too many access points, go to program management and find UC settings! Successful traffic-free apps include UC Browser (only tested with the jar format, test yourself for Android or iOS), QQ Browser, the built-in Symbian browser, Duomi Music, UC Video. First, create a new access point, access point name 3gwap, set proxy to 10.250.249.10 or 10.250.254.122, port 80. Test it yourself, as success for all is not guaranteed.
I'm glad the original poster doesn't have the thought of leaving... (Is it just because of boredom that you're wandering around...) There's no way, now there aren't many experts, and those who can stir up activity in the forum I haven't come across yet. And although things are a bit better than before, there still aren't many people online frequently... so there aren't many posts either...
