Why is the episode of 'to love' so long?

As the title says... Recently I've been downloading anime in MP4 format on my phone. Generally, a small episode is 25MB, a large one is 50MB... but To Love is almost 100MB per episode, and it's only about 25 minutes long... downloading it is such a pain, why is that... If I download all 26 episodes, wouldn't that be 2.5GB? Oh man.
