It seems that the original battery is broken and can't be charged. As a result, I installed a battery monitor, and after half a day, it's still at 14%, and the displayed available time is getting longer.
If the battery monitoring is inaccurate, try this one from Nokia: Battery Monitor - Nokia Energy Profiler. This is definitely useful. Search for it yourself on Symbian.
