I can only say that the original poster didn't see the inner aspects... maybe it's a matter of limited experience... (a forum is not really a 'battle of a few people')
The original poster, a group, whether in appearance or internally, requires people to strive. The people internally are actually silently watching everyone. You see, some posts have very low click rates, but it's the veterans helping them eliminate zero replies. Some things cannot be judged just by appearance.
