(Forwarded) Title: There Are Three Types of People in the Forum You Must Respect. Content: Too lazy to hide it ====== This is classic: there are three types of people who quietly and selflessly contribute to the forum!

1. Moderators. They constantly monitor the changes on the forum! It's a thankless job, and sometimes they might offend people or get scolded. How many of them actually argue back? So when moderators delete posts, please understand their situation! Unless pushed to the limit, desperate times call for desperate measures! Do you know how tired they are? Managing the forum tirelessly every day, do you think they get paid? Who pays their salary? [I mean in RMB] Would you pay it? They are also learning, but why do they have to work so hard? Why are they so persistent? Isn't it all for the forum we all love? Businesspeople smile when they see many buyers; moderators smile when they see a busy and popular forum! Aren't they here to just have fun on the forum? Why make it more tiring than a real job? Why be exhausted? Do you understand why?

2. People who post resources. They go everywhere looking for resources, whether links or uploads to the forum, some looking for ringtones, software, tutorials for friends. They check countless pages, traverse countless forums, exhausted to their limit, and for what? Do they get paid? Do they get meals? To earn a few experience points and virtual coins? If you think so, you are completely wrong! Who can understand their spirit? After posting, they just silly add: 'remember to bump the post' or 'helped bump it if good.' When they see many replies, they quietly smile! Why do they do this? Some even use limited data cards to find resources for the forum. Why do they do it? Don't their data plans cost money in China Mobile? It's all for the forum family! For everyone's entertainment! So when you see a post that you've seen elsewhere, please don't say they plagiarized or anything like that. Please empathize with their hard work.

3. People who bump posts. How simple is it to read and reply to posts, right? Your one reply can lift the original poster's mood, and what do you lose? Why not do it? Our bumping team logs in every day, looking for posts with no or few replies to bump them up for everyone to enjoy. Do you know how hard they work?Do they dive in and out of forums, reading one post after another for no particular reason? Administrators are respectable! Posters are lovable! Those who upvote posts are admirable! Aren't they silently and selflessly contributing as well?! There is strong disgust toward those who post unnecessary help requests like: 'urgent, waiting online'; 'help, quick, wait'; while being indifferent when they have nothing to do, just enjoying the work of others, only reading posts, and not even bothering to upvote. Some people say: upvoting is abstract, trying a few is fine, everyone has a three-minute enthusiasm; but being consistent is what makes someone truly lovable!
