We know that e-books come in various formats, with common ones including umd, txt, and jar. We can read jar files directly on Kok3, but umd and txt files require third-party software like Anyview, Mototxt, PAPA, etc. Among them, PAPA only supports the txt format. So, if we download a book in umd format from the internet, how can we convert it to txt format to read it on PAPA? Right! Some people might think to just change the file extension using a file manager, UC, or OP to change .umd to .txt. Haha, that's wrong. After changing the extension this way, you'll find that PAPA still can't read it! So how can we actually convert the format? Actually, we can just use Anyview to unlock it. The steps are as follows: open Anyview > select the book you want to convert with the .umd extension > Action > Unlock, wait a moment and it will be converted. At this point, you will find a book with the same name in the folder, but the extension has changed to .txt and its size has increased quite a bit. Haha, congratulations, you succeeded!
