Two feuding families, especially those using alternate accounts, will have all their alternate accounts blocked if the conflict continues. In the future, a family merit and demerit system will be implemented: posting resources adds one point, insulting or spamming deducts one point. Families with negative points or very low scores (depending on the situation) will be added to the family blacklist. The top-ranked family can post one recruitment post per day (statistics compiled monthly).

Block that person directly; that person is not perfect at all, you can tell just by looking at their profile.
You can tell me how many resources the person who sent resources has sent in a week, and I will go and count them.

Yes, but posting resources requires images and some simple introductions to count. If not, posting many single attachments without introductions at once feels like spamming.
