The game is developed by Ubisoft Toronto, led by the beautiful director Jade Raymond. "Kidnap," Sam can drag enemies into hidden locations while remaining undetected.

"Dynamic Killing," Sam can effortlessly take out multiple enemies. Years of solo infiltration missions have always kept him ahead of his enemies; while eliminating one, he is already seeking the next target. His speed and efficiency always surprise his enemies before finally taking them down.

"Isaac Briggs," a CIA officer, is a new member of this team.He is an expert in espionage, weapons, and combat. 'Lethal Strike from Above (Someone on Top)' is a move that returns along with many other classic elements from the original series, while also being enhanced—Sam can surprise enemies while taking them out. 'The Fourth Echelon' marks the first time Sam commands an elite team. Managed under his authority, in his way, it is, of course, his team. The limited edition set includes a map of global conflict regions, an art book, a tin case featuring Sam Fisher's classic gear 'Night Vision Goggles' as the cover, and contains special missions, outfits, and equipment.
