After installing the SISX file, unzip ROM.zip, and put each game's ZIP file into the E:/MAME/ROMS folder (do not change the names!). Then open the emulator to scan for games and you can play. Due to emulator limitations, only these games are supported, so don't download large-capacity ROMs from other sites unless you have unlimited data.
