Surf the internet rationally, visit fewer adult sites. Download rationally, read more reviews. Browse posts rationally, focus on quality. Most importantly, absolutely avoid copy-pasting (reposting); if you do copy, at least include your own thoughts before pasting (using others' content creatively).
Little Shang... the China Unicom add-on packages are a bit not worth it... and it's also unclear whether the 3G plans can be combined.
Does Xiaoxuan have it? I'll think of another way... see if there are any resources online... but I'm not very confident about it.
