Directly use the phone's built-in browser to install jad, otherwise it won't work. In the main menu, press #85#25#75 on the second-to-last option to get unlimited money and health and freely select levels.
It's not about putting them together; what it means is to let you install online, using a WAP browser to install the JAD.
