Desperately seeking software to read comics for free, written in Java.

Does anyone know any good apps for reading comics on a phone? I was originally using Anime Village, but I don't know why I can't access it anymore. So I switched to MoScreen Comics, but damn, it hasn't been updated, and I can't read the new Naruto or One Piece. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

Watch online, I used to use Panda to read comics, but Panda was too disappointing, so later I switched to Android and used Buka Comics to read them.
