They lack battery capacity detection and use a fixed output current. For different batteries, this either results in excessively long charging times or overcurrent charging. It is recommended not to use them! \ Today's USB mobile phone chargers simply use the relatively stable 5.0V voltage from a computer USB port as the charging voltage source, along with relevant additional circuits to form the USB charger. The output quality, apart from being limited by the maximum output current of the USB port, mainly depends on the design of the charging circuit itself and the quality of its materials.
