How to increase phone memory?

The fake Samsung memory I bought is only 3MB... it can't even run UC... now I'm using Mini UC... it's not good... how can I expand my phone memory? I inserted a 4GB memory card, but it still can't run... please help...

Note, the key point is that your 3 trillion is actually RAM of the phone itself, which cannot be expanded and has nothing to do with the memory card.
