This work is the series The Legend of Zelda – Oracle of Seasons and Oracle of Ages, created in collaboration between Nintendo and Capcom, released on the GBC platform in 2001. The game is divided into two chapters: Seasons and Ages. Unlike the Pokémon series, the two versions do not only have minor differences; instead, the gameplay, story, and characters are all different in each version. The Seasons chapter features seasonal changes, with scenes changing according to the season, using the characteristics of the seasons for puzzle-solving. The Ages chapter involves traveling between the present and the past to solve puzzles. Both chapters were released simultaneously, and hidden content can be unlocked by exchanging passwords between the chapters. At the end of each chapter, a password appears: the one earned in Seasons can be used in Ages and vice versa, unlocking more secrets.
