On the 22nd of last month, I bought a Samsung i779, and it also came with a Tianyi SIM card, which has 400MB of data per month. I thought the monthly fee would be deducted yesterday, but when I sent a message to check: 200MB of data has already been used this month, which means the monthly fee has not been deducted. So, may I ask when the China Telecom Tianyi card deducts the monthly fee?
