Why does everyone post resources so rarely now? To a large extent, it's because no one supports it. In order to ensure the forum develops in a long-term, harmonious, and healthy way, I suggest everyone upvote those resource posts to give the posters motivation to continue. Well, I once suggested to the site owner to give moderators who frequently post resources and maintain the community order medals, money, and rewards announced to the entire district. The site owner said he would consider it. I think this is the best encouragement and recognition for these unsung heroes, and also the motivation for your work.
