I searched the entire phone but still couldn't find the factory reset setting...
The internet on my phone is very slow, it seems like there's a virus... I want to restore it to factory settings, but I just can't find it... Please help...

When an Android device is turned on, press the volume button several times, then choose the one labeled 'new' and press OK to restore factory settings.
Well, I usually respond with 'factory reset', which means throwing it out the window. And then it's fine.
