Using the Android UC
Since this afternoon, I haven't been able to click download on UC Cloud. Clicking it causes the system to crash, and then UC forcibly quits. Downloads not in the cloud can proceed normally. I'm using the official version 8.7. Now, after switching to the unofficial UC Agile version, I can download from the cloud.
