Is there a PC version of Pokémon?
Are there any that are not modifications for phones, but are specifically for computers? Also, what powerful skills does Chuangjie Shen have that dominate others, and does it have the highest attack power?

Yes, I have played it. You can search for 'World Journey: Let Your Dreams Fly'. There will be protagonists from different generations, and at the beginning, you can only have Bulbasaur, which is given by Ash (the others had been taken, Ash caught Pikachu). However, the battle scenes are different; it's not a battle from behind the Pokémon, but rather a side-scrolling style. I haven't played much, but it seems you can learn multiple moves at the same time. If you use an emulator, it will be very pixelated, and when I used an NDS emulator, I only had Pocket Cards. This game is a bit pixelated too, and the controls aren't done with a mouse, which is somewhat inconvenient; it depends on personal preference.
