Both of these games added a 'Guild' system on top of the previous installments, allowing you to send assassins on missions. Success will increase the protagonist's attack power. Without further ado, let me teach you how to use it. In Assassin's Creed: Revelations, a screen will appear after the first level (in Assassin's Creed 3, it is the first option in the main menu) that looks messy. Don't worry, pass a few more levels. The reason is that rescuing more assassins increases mission success rates. Enter the guild; there are many options inside. The large dots represent cities. Choose the first one (simpler). Below there is a mission list; click any to enter. A few boxes will appear above; click a box to enter the character list below (all rescued in the levels). Send more people; the success rate is shown above. Then click execute; success will increase your attributes. (Each person can only be used once per time.) If you use someone, you must pass another level before using them again. Tutorial complete. This tutorial applies to both Assassin's Creed 3 and Revelations.
