Java is a platform, while JAR is the format. Also, wanting a complete collection is impossible. It has JAR format, GBA games, and PSP seems to have them too. You can't run Java on the platform; PSP can even play 3GB games, while if Java can play 3MB it's already good. It's a difference of a thousand times.
