How to remove QQ download restrictions?
The download is weak. I'm still on 3G, only 2kb. At most 5kb--please help.

Expressing confusion, the title says download restrictions, and I thought it referred to the number of simultaneous downloads... (this can be modified with Ba Men), but as for download speed, either the phone does not support 3G network access... if not, then it is an issue of regional restriction. (Try changing to a place where you can get a good signal.)
