It's the same today. Although offline downloading has been restored, it still can't be saved locally? It's 246b... acting up.

It actually takes 37 minutes to download about 70 MB offline????? (Note: it's offline download, has nothing to do with me,)

I just tried to download a game over 300k and still couldn't (Offline: -> Save to local: -> 246b). I'm speechless, UC is really messed up.
