Master, let this old monk recite the 'Heart Sutra of Prajñāpāramitā' to guide your transcendence, goose rice tofu… Avalokiteśvara Bodhisattva, while practicing deeply the Prajñāpāramitā, clearly saw that all five skandhas are empty, and thus relieved all suffering and distress. Therefore, in emptiness there is no form, no sensation, perception, volition, or consciousness; no eye, ear, nose, tongue, body, mind; no form, sound, smell, taste, touch, or dharmas; no realm of eyes, up to no realm of mind consciousness; no ignorance and also no cessation of ignorance, up to no aging and death and also no cessation of aging and death; no suffering, cause of suffering, cessation, path; no wisdom and also no attainment. Because there is nothing to be attained, the Bodhisattvas rely on Prajñāpāramitā with no hindrance in the mind; because there is no hindrance, there is no fear, far from all deluded dreamings, ultimately reaching Nirvana. All Buddhas of the three times rely on Prajñāpāramitā and thereby attain Anuttarā-samyak-saṃbodhi. Therefore, know that Prajñāpāramitā is a great mystical mantra, a great bright mantra, an unsurpassable mantra, an unequaled mantra, capable of removing all suffering, true and not false. After recitation, the practice is complete.
